The Camera G510 (Battery) is Aqara's first outdoor low-power camera to combine AOV (Always-On Video) 24/7 capture with true full-colour night vision. In AOV mode, instead of waking up only when a sensor fires, the G510 keeps recording continuously at a low, user-selectable frame interval — 1 s, 3 s or 300 s per frame — and ramps up to 20 fps the instant a 60 GHz radar + on-device AI event is confirmed. Because the scene is already being captured before the trigger fires, you get what happened leading up to the event, not just the moment after. AOV is a selectable mode: the camera runs in low-power, event-triggered mode by default, and AOV must be enabled in the app when continuous capture is wanted.
A built-in 1.3 W solar panel and a 10,400 mAh battery keep it running without a cable. In Power-Saving Mode it lasts around 4–5 months per charge; in AOV Mode (1 frame every 3 seconds) around 15–25 days — both measured with 20 six-second clips triggered per day (10 daytime, 10 nighttime)[1]. With roughly 6 hours of sufficient sunlight, the solar panel supplies about 2,000 mAh a day, so in most installations the camera tops itself up continuously and simply keeps going through weeks of rain, snow and sun. Meanwhile 2.5K resolution, f/1.0 lens, IP66 housing and Wi-Fi 6 dual-band connectivity make sure the footage is sharp, stable and private. Pair the G510 with the M410 Security Station and you unlock HomeKit Secure Video, up to 4 TB of local storage, 115 dB siren, Wi-Fi relay, battery backup, and Matter Camera bridge† — turning one camera into a complete outdoor security system.

· 2.5K Ultra-HD True-ColourNight Vision: Captures 2560 × 1440 (1.8× the pixels of 1080p) through an f/1.0 lens with a 133° field of view(Diagonal) . A high-sensitivity starlight sensor delivers full-colour video above 0.9 lux without needing the spotlight, while 850 nm IR LEDs provide an additional enhanced night-vision mode and the built-in spotlight enables active deterrence. 20 fps smooth video outperforms the 15 fps common to most competitors.
· Always-On Video (AOV) 24/7 Recording[2]: Powered by AOV technology, the G510 keeps a continuous low-frame-rate watch (e.g. 1 frame every second or every three seconds), then automatically ramps up to 20 fps full-frame recording the moment an event is confirmed. A single device uses only about 0.62 GB of storage per day — roughly 2% of traditional 24/7 continuous recording (~26.37 GB/day).

· 60 GHz Radar Detection + On-Device AI*: 60 GHz mmWave radar (range ≤ 12 m, configurable) confirms a person's presence before triggering a recording — filtering out the false alarms that PIR-only cameras throw from shadows, headlights, wind-blown branches and small animals[3]. 3 on-device AI types (Person / Pet / Vehicle) plus 4 online AI types (Package / Loiterer / Face / Lens-Tamper), each independently toggleable. Loiterer Detection flags unusual lingering in a custom zone.
*Radar is fitted on the standard international SKU. The Russia SKU uses a PIR sensor instead, as local RF / safety regulations do not permit 60 GHz radar; detection range and behaviour differ accordingly. All AI detection types above remain available on both variants.

· Security Station M410 Makes Your System Smarter & Stronger (G510 + M410 Bundle): The M410 (included in 2-Cam / 4-Cam kits, also available separately) solves the four biggest issues of battery cameras at once: weak signal, router congestion and lost footage during internet outages. It expands local storage to 1 TB microSD + up to 4 TB USB HDD[5], adds a 115 dB siren, a 6,000 mAh battery backup for 8–10 hours, Wi-Fi 6 relay and PoE — and bridges Aqara cameras to HomeKit Secure Video and the upcoming Matter Camera expansion.
