Aqara G350 Giveaway – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by TFIVE PTY LTD ABN: 76 633 895 226, of LEVEL 3, 5 TALAVERA ROAD, MACQUARIE PARK NSW 2113 (“Promoter”).
2. By submitting an entry into this Competition “you” acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entries for the promotion open on 6 April 2026 and close at 11:59PM AEST on 12 April 2026.
Who can enter
4. Entry into the Competition is open to all residents of Australia who have fulfilled the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Employees of the TFIVE PTY LTD and their immediate families and agencies associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter this Competition.
Prizes and entry into the Competition
Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Aqara 4K Dual Lens Security Camera Hub G350.
One (1) winner will be selected from eligible Instagram entries and one (1) winner will be selected from eligible Facebook entries.
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $538 (RRP).
6. To enter the competition and be eligible to win a Prize as set out above, entrants must:
Follow the Promoter’s official Instagram or Facebook account (depending on the platform of entry); and
Comment on the corresponding Instagram or Facebook post for this competition and answer all entry parameters as set out in the post.
Determination of Winner(s) and Notification
7. The winner(s) will be selected via all valid entries as judged by the judging panel, having regard to skill, creativity, and originality on 13 April 2026 at the Promoter’s premises at LEVEL 3, 5 TALAVERA ROAD, MACQUARIE PARK NSW 2113. The Promoter may select alternative entry/s as winner(s) in the event that a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
8. The winner(s) will be notified via direct message to their Instagram or Facebook account by 14 Apr 2026.
9. If a winner does not meet these Terms and Conditions, that winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize shall be awarded to a new winner will be selected in the Competition.
10. Prizes will be issued to winner(s) via post from the Promoter within ten (10) business days of The Promoter receiving the winner(s) shipping address, email and phone number.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
12. The decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final. Chance plays no part in determining any winner. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Privacy and Publicity
The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on its website and outlines how personal information is collected, used and disclosed. Entrants should review this policy before participating in the promotion.
By entering this promotion, entrants agree to:
• being contacted by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the promotion and delivering the prize; and
• the Promoter publishing their Instagram or Facebook username for the purpose of announcing the winner.
Entrants consent to providing their personal information for these purposes.
13. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition or if such a change is required to ensure the safety of the Promoter, its representatives and of entrants. Such changes may include the timing of the judging and the timing of any Prize fulfilment. The Promoter will act reasonably and in good faith in making any such decision. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any entrant for loss resulting from such action.
15. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved and any winner found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or having engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct may be required to return any Prize received.
16. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Instagram and Facebook membership and use are subject to their respective terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release Instagram and Facebook from liability in respect of their participation in the Competition.
17. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant or potential entrant to the extent:
• resulting from or connected with any inability of a person to submit an entry (on time or at all), or failure of the Promoter to provide an opportunity to enter or to receive an entry (on time or at all), or failure of a winner to receive a Prize, due to events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter including, without limitation, technical malfunction of any network, systems or delivery services;
• arising from events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter but within the control of the entrant, including the Promoter’s inability to contact a winner using reasonable efforts; or
• arising as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant.
Condensed Terms
Open to residents of Australia only. One (1) entry permitted per person.
The competition opens on 6 April 2026 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on 12 April 2026.
Two (2) winners will be selected based on skill, creativity and originality from all eligible entries received via Instagram and Facebook by 14 April 2026.

The winner(s) will be contacted via direct message on their Instagram or Facebook account. The winner(s) Instagram or Facebook username may be published for the purpose of announcing the results.
