1.      TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing an Aqara 4K Dual Lens Security Camera Hub G350 (“Eligible Product”) through a Participating Retailer, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Participating Retailer means Aqara E-Store (www.aqarastore.com.au).

This offer applies to the Eligible Product purchased through a Participating Retailer during the period commencing 12:00am (AEST) 13/04/2026 and ending 11:59pm (AEST) 27/04/2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Konec Distribution reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotional offer at any time without notice.

You must be aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase to be eligible for this promotional offer. Business customers and employees of Konec Distribution, Participating Retailers, and their related bodies corporate are not eligible.

This promotional offer is available to the original purchaser of the Eligible Product only and is non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

Customers who purchase the Eligible Product during the Promotion Period will be entitled to receive one (1) Aqara E-Shop Promotional Coupon valued at AUD $150.00 (including GST) (“Promotional Coupon”), limited to one (1) Promotional Coupon per email address.

The Promotional Coupon will be issued to the customer’s registered email address after the Promotion Period has ended, for eligible orders containing the Eligible Product.

2.      PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges of the Eligible Product are subject to the policy of the Participating Retailer and the protections provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

If the Eligible Product is returned or exchanged for an ineligible product, any Promotional Coupon issued in connection with the purchase will be cancelled or deemed void.

If the Promotional Coupon has already been used, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the refund amount or otherwise recovered by Konec Distribution.

Konec Distribution reserves the right to recover the value of any Promotional Coupon that has been redeemed.

If a Promotional Coupon is used towards the purchase of another product, any price difference must be paid by the customer. No refund or credit will be provided for any unused portion of the coupon.

3.      PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS

Each email address is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Promotional Coupon.

Each Promotional Coupon may be used once only, is non-transferable, and is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS

Promotional Coupons will be issued only to individuals who purchase the Eligible Product in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Without limiting these Terms and Conditions, Konec Distribution reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this promotional offer at any time.

Konec Distribution is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of this promotional offer.

Konec Distribution will collect, hold, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in this promotion, you consent to Konec Distribution using and disclosing your personal information for the purposes of administering this promotional offer and issuing the Promotional Coupon.

Konec Distribution reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any participant for tampering with the promotion process.
